Samantha works out twice a day; first thing in the morning and again during her lunch break. Working out makes her feel confident, stronger, and improves her overall health. She can go on and on about all the benefits of staying active, but she’s sure you all have heard it before.

More About The Author

When she first starting being active 14 years ago, she was over weight and fighting a thyroid disease. She was not an active person growing up and didn’t like sports. Now she hikes 20 plus miles and runs half marathons without any hesitation. It all started when her son starting playing football in third grade and she’d walk the football field during his practices. If she can do it, so can you. It just takes a commitment and the mind set that this is what I want to do!

This site is designed to help with Samantha’s personal experiences and her knowledge, she would like to encourage and help others to stay active. She’d love to target middle aged men and women. If you need helpful hints, motivation or just a place to start, follow her posts.
